Firstly thanks for the very efficient delivery of this product {it arrived first thing this morning}- very impressive given the time of year and delivery issues most people are having!
Despite having followed the instructions carefully I couldn't get the unit to function correctly initially.
However, after some helpful advice from one of your team and putting the unit in its required location it worked perfectly.
It transpired that the GSM signal strength was not strong enough when I tested at home but fortunately appears to be fine now.
My only comment is that the detailed instructions do not cover this and also the fact that the "run" LED flickers when operating correctly {unless I missed this}. I suggest that this may be useful to incorporate into the instructions to help others who may experience this problem.

I thought I'd let you know that not only did the equipment arrive on time, but I have installed it and it is excellent. I think you could have a product here which could fill a niche market - a means of indicating remotely whether an up-and-over garage door has been left open. It is cheaper than the alternatives on the market, and they didn't really work properly anyway. Simply a tilt switch + an XL Intel switch are all you need. I now have a mains lamp in the hall which is lit when the garage door is open, and off when it's closed. Stops me accidentally leaving the garage open overnight, which occasionally I did as it can't be seen directly from the house. I've had some valuables stolen, but hopefully never again. Perfect.

Just a note to thank you very much for your excellent service. I got the receiver and siren this morning set it up and it's working fine. I think therefore the only thing it could have been was that I didn't connect the siren properly to the receiver....though I did check it a number of times!

As soon as it arrived I took time fitting the transmitter about 100yards distant from the house, in the best possible place to suit me, so that it not visible to anyone coming in. I was prepared to relocate it because there is no line of site owing to walls, trees and shrubs. I´m pleased to say there is no problem at all. It is fine.

I have recently had unwelcome visitors in my outbuildings whilst I was at home, alone. The buildings are some way from the house and out of sight. I decided I needed a drive alarm, at the least.
A Google search brought me to your website and the quality of the site, the products available and the prices encouraged me to order the W3000 wireless drive sensor and pager type receiver. These were ordered last week and and arrived the very next day. The alarm was installed and working within a couple of hours. I was so pleased with the set up that I placed an order for further sensors and another receiver yesterday, to 'beef up' the system.
